  • The Executive and Supervisory Committee is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring the charity activities and reports to the Board of Directors.
  • Project Management Department is to carry out and manage the charity projects.
  • Personnel & Administration Department is in charge staffing, administrative affair as well as logistics.
  • Finance Management Department is in charge accounting, treasury and donation management in compliance with charity ordinance
